What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice
Once a valid notice is received:

  • We will review it for completeness.
  • We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • We may notify the user responsible for posting the content.
  • We may share your notice, including personal information, with the uploader or relevant third parties as required by law.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this action was a mistake or you have valid authorization to use that content, you may file a Counter-Notice.
Your Counter-Notice must include:

  • Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • Identification of the material removed and its prior location (URL) before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringer Policy
